A Short Story

A big *Hello* to all my fans, friends and people they visit my website and like female bodybuilders and the iron sport!

My name is Lizzy Bierschneider and I am born in Munich / Bavaria where I spent the most time of my childhood and great time with my lovely parents. From childhood on I loved to be in action and that was a reason while my parents sent me to a ballet training course and some years later with about 12 years I began with horsebackriding. Oh yeah, I loved horses and I started with one of my favorit Hannibal to perform exercises on horseback. After many years later my dream became true, when I got my own horse.

After a big world tour with my little son across Japan / Osaka and Singapore I return back to Germany and settle down in NRW Wuppertal. My son start with school and I with bodybuilding and some outdoor sport. Oh yes, there was an beautyful fitness instructor with a amazing shape and muscular body that gave me motivation to work hard on my own body to build up muscles, loosing body fat and learn more about fitness, bodybuilding, nutrition, supplements, food diet and of course the bb contest! The FAM fitness gym, where I started first with fitness exercises in the lady area, was a great introduction for my many years later fitness / bodybuilding career. Only after one year weight training I did my first little gym contest with running, benchpress, pull ups and posing. I was the winner, champion and Ms.Fitness. After this show there following many other contests and in the year 1999 and 2000 the German Championship in Munich.

About my job I was traveling a lot to other citys and foreign countries where I worked out a lot in different gyms and also met a lot of bodybuilders / female bodybuilders where I took back many advises arround weighttraining, food, diet programms, stage performances, body modeling and much more. The favorit country was America and since today I am traveling there. In USA I began with bodybuilding / fitness modeling, photo / videowork and posing / show performances, also wrestling.

Bodybuilding has a special effect to me like my new condition, beautyful and strong shape. All together my preface well being became much better until today and rounded down with beautyful powerful female muscles.

My idols are Ms Olympia Corinna Everson and Christa Bauch. These two strong famous ladys are always in a good shape wonderful female personality and nature. I was reading all reports and articles in the muscle magazines about Corinna Everson at my beginning with bodybuilding and her nutrition and training advises helped me very much.
Christa's great definition and super hardness always was a huge inspiration in being a female bodybuilder and a woman. Of course, there are many other beautyful female bodybuilders I met all over the years and became my favorites too.

This is still MY motivation.
